The Tuguegarao City Command Center is the first in Cagayan, and the most advanced in Region 02. Using Fiber Optic Wide Area Network, the Command Center presently maintains 143 high-definition bullet-type and PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom)-type CCTV cameras in the 49 barangays of the city, equipped with facial detection technology, night vision, and zoom-in and zoom-out features that can record clear footages even in low light conditions.
The center monitors in real time 24/7 all incidents occurring all over the city. It maintains its own hotline (0916-887-2897 / 0917-111-3500) and captures and receives information from callers and forwards them to the concerned responders.
